If you put together a list of the top five breweries (use pretty much any criteria you wish!) in the country, you'd likely end up with Allagash somewhere in there. Not only are they consistent, but they can also knock the small batch stuff out of the park. While they focus on Belgian styles, they add a playful touch across the board. Les Addis will be here from the brewery to lead the dinner.
